October 13 – Today you depart the U.S. on your overnight flight to London. Meals will be served and optional in-flight entertainment offered. Please refer to your flight schedule for details.
October 14 – Upon arrival in London you will be met by your tour leader and transferred to your hotel. At 3:15 PM you will begin your guided panorama tour of London. Dinner tonight is included at a nearby restaurant.
October 15 – 9:30 AM Your day begins with a visit to Temple Church followed by a visit to the Tower of London. Be sure to join the Yeoman Warder tour for a fun and informative history of the property. There will be time for viewing the Crown Jewels as well as exploring the museums on site. At 3:30 PM you board your bus for an amazing tour of Churchill War Rooms before returning to your hotel.
October 16 – 9:00 AM Today you travel outside of London for a full day of visits to Stonehenge, the Roman Baths and Bath Masonic Lodge (the Old Theatre Royal). You will arrive back at your hotel around 8:00 PM.
October 17 – 9:00 AM Windsor Castle is your destination this morning. Your afternoon is free for personal exploration and enjoyment. At 5:30 PM you board your bus for a tour of the United Grand Lodge of England at Freemason’s Hall followed by a gala dinner at the hall.
October 18 – 8:30 AM You depart the hotel for transfer to London City Airport and your flight to Scotland. Upon arrival you will visit Edinburgh Castle before hotel check-in.
October 19 – 1:00 PM Your panoramic tour of Edinburgh begins and ends at Kilwinning Canongate at 3:00 PM. Following your tour of the hall your bus will take you to Roslin Chapel where your private tour begins at 5:00 PM. Dinner is planned at the Original Rosslyn Inn before returning to your Edinburgh hotel.
October 20 – 9:30 AM Your bus departs for your transfer to Glasgow. En-route you will tour the Grand Lodge of Scotland, visit Rosebank Distillery and Stirling Castle before arriving at your Glasgow hotel.
October 21 – 9:00 AM Your last full day in Scotland begins with a visit to Barr Castle Lodge. You then travel to Kilwinning Mother Lodge and a wonderful lunch at Brig O’Doon Restaurant. In the afternoon you will visit the birthplace of Robert Burns before returning to your hotel.
October 22 – 5:45 AM You will board your bus for transfer to Glasgow Airport and your return connecting flights home.

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: *The estimated tour price, if payments are made by cash or check, is $5295.00 otherwise, if paying by credit card, a 3% credit card service fee (charged by credit card company) will be due for, other than the initial deposit for which there is no credit card service fee, whatever amount is charged to the credit card. If you wish to use a credit card for your initial deposit, you will be allowed to pay the remaining payments by check and still receive the listed tour price without a 3% surcharge. Tour price is based on double occupancy and includes point-to-point transportation between cities while in Europe, all breakfasts and 3 evening meals. Additionally, entrance fees and/or transportation marked with an asterisk (*) as well as city tours or guided tours, are included in the tour price (I.E. Guided tours in London and Edinburgh), Windsor Castle, Churchill War Rooms, Tower of London, Stonehenge, Roman Baths, Edinburgh Castle, Distillery, Rosslyn Chapel, Robert Burns Museum, Barr Castle, Sterling Castle). Additional items may be offered optionally, are subject to availability and are not included in the tour price. A guaranteed single room may be available for a per person supplemental charge, available upon request. Included are the estimated applicable governmental international airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges, security surcharges, and associated fees. If applicable, unforeseen tax increases will be billed on a supplemental invoice. A minimum number of paying participants may be required to operate the tour.
A $500.00 non-refundable (for any reason) application fee / deposit is required to reserve your space on this tour. All tour participants must submit an online application. Please go to “Student/Traveler Sign Up” on the home page at www.EAtours.com. Your tour number is 226127 and must be entered on your online application. A second payment of $1000.00, for which you will receive an invoice, will be due no later than 30 days from the date that EA Tours receives your initial payment and online application. Final payments are due no later than one hundred ten days (110) days before departure.
Updated tour details (hotels, day by day itinerary, flights, etc.) are scheduled to be released approximately four weeks prior to departure.
